Hamilton on the other hand find themselves firmly ensconced in the relegation round positions of the Scottish Premiership as they sit third from bottom in the division overall, along with an away record of 5-3-7 15/29.
Despite two recent away wins at Kilmarnock and Inverness Caledonian (who are also in the nether regions of the Premiership), Hamilton will face a tough challenge of keeping Aberdeen quiet at Pittodrie, and in particular, striker Adam Rooney who has notched a total of 19 goals to date in the Scottish top flight.
In addition, Hamilton possess a poor record away at top half opposition with stats of 0-3-4 6/19 on their travels, and I can’t see this match being any different.
