Football – England – Premier League Betting Tips

Mid-table Bournemouth will fancy their chances of taking something from their Premier League encounter against struggling Crystal Palace on Tuesday night when the two teams clash at the Vitality Stadium as points become increasingly important.

Although Bournemouth come into this match on the back of three league matches without a win, they’ll take heart from the fact that they earned a point against second placed Arsenal (even though The Cherries held a 3-goal lead at one stage!) and Watford in recent times.

Bournemouth’s home record reads a reasonable looking  5-3-3  21/17 and they’ve lost just twice in their last ten matches on home turf which were losses to Sunderland and south coast rivals Southampton. Recent wins over Liverpool and Leicester City though prove they are very capable.

Visitors Crystal Palace recently sacked former manager Alan Pardew as The Eagles’ form had reached an unacceptable level, but the arrival of disgraced former England boss Sam Allardyce has done little to improve their situation.

Palace have suffered four Premier League defeats on the trot to Arsenal, Swansea City, West Ham and Everton and they now find themselves in the bottom three of the English top flight ahead of their trip to the south coast on Tuesday night.

An away record of  2-3-6  17/25 suggests they’ll find things tough going against a well-organised Bournemouth outfit who possess much greater stability under manager Eddie Howe, along with the  fact that Crystal Palace have now gone eight league matches without an away win.

Bournemouth should take the points here, but I recommend giving the quarter-ball on the hosts.
