A trip to the Dutch flight beckons as I take a look at Heerenveen’s chances against Den Haag in Saturday evening’s clash in the Dutch Eredivisie with fourth placed Heerenveen looking to keep the pressure on PSV Eindhoven who are five points ahead.

Incidentally, both of these wins came at home against Willem II and Sparta Rotterdam, while their away record reads a below-par 2-1-6 10/20.
Den Haag have also lost their last three matches on the road on the trot with defeats suffered at Groningen, PSV Eindhoven and Nijmegen, so confidence isn’t likely to be high on the team morale barometer!
In addition, Den Haag possess a weak looking 1-0-3 5/11 record away from home at top half opposition to date and they could well struggle again here this evening.
