KIDDERMINSTER v TRANMERE ROVERS

Football – England – National League Betting Tips

With just seven games of their season remaining, things look very bleak indeed for today’s hosts Kidderminster as they look to reduce the existing 10-point deficit on 20th placed Altrincham and safety when they take on Tranmere Rovers at the Aggborough Stadium on Easter Monday.

Kiddie have managed to scrape together just one win from their last eight league matches which was a surprise 2-1 win away at mid-table Lincoln City recently, but it could be argued that Lincoln have virtually nothing to play for as they are 12 points adrift of Braintree Town in the last remaining play-off spot.

Back to Kidderminster, and their home record reads a poor  4-4-10  18/25 although they have recently managed wins over Eastleigh and Macclesfield Town along with a point against Chester in a 2-2 draw. However, Kidderminster hold a dismal record of  2-1-6  8/15 at home against top half teams so far this term.

Visitors Tranmere Rovers are unbeaten in their last six National League matches as they look to claim a play-off spot with just two points separating them and fifth placed Braintree Town ahead of the Easter Monday fixtures.

Recent wins over Chester, Gateshead and the seemingly disinterested Lincoln City along with points gained against fourth placed Dover Athletic and second placed Forest Green Rovers have boosted Rovers in their quest for a top five finish in the non-league top flight.

In addition, Tranmere have suffered just three defeats away from home all season amidst an overall solid record of  7-10-3  26/21 and they’re unbeaten in their last nine matches on their travels.
