Queens Park Rangers secured what could end up being a vital three points away at Wolves on Wednesday night with a 3-2 win at Molineux following a slow start to their new Championship campaign.

Visitors Rotherham United avoided relegation down to League One by a margin of five points as they finished one league place above the bottom three, but they’re expected to have their work cut out again this term just to survive in the Championship.
Rotherham are currently second from bottom in the English second tier and have gained just one point from their first three matches thanks to a 0-0 draw at home with new-comers Preston North End at their New York Stadium on the weekend.
However, an opening 4-1 heavy defeat at home to MK Dons and a 2-1 loss away at Nottingham Forest has not been the start that manager Steve Evans was looking for and he’ll continue to try and get the best out of his ‘shoestring’ squad.
The gulf between highly-fancied QPR and Rotherham United could be very evident this afternoon though, particularly with QPR’s recent morale-boosting win at Wolves in midweek. QPR to take this perhaps 2-1.
