Sassuolo were handed a 4-3 defeat just before the international break as they lost away at Inter Milan, but they have a fantastic opportunity to redeem themselves when bottom club Crotone visit their Stadio Città del Tricolore having lost all four of their away matches to date.

Visitors Crotone sit rock-bottom of the Italian top flight after having managed just one point from the first 21 on offer, and that was a 1-1 draw with third from bottom outfit Palermo at home. But overall, it’s been a wretched start to their new Serie A campaign for Crotone who look set to make a swift return to Serie B.
Six defeats from their first seven matches of the season places Crotone in a bleak position already even though we’re only into the first third of the Italian domestic season, and with a very poor away record of 0-0-4 2/9 under their belts to date, further punishment could be in store for them against Sassuolo here this afternoon.
