Football – England – Premier League Betting Tips

West Ham held Manchester City to a creditable 2-2 draw last time out in the Premier League and tonight’s hosts have lost just once in their last ten league matches, so they’ll be keen to take the upper hand against bottom club Aston Villa tonight.

West Ham hold a steady home record of  4-5-2  18/14 at the Boleyn Ground as The Hammers are unbeaten in their last nine matches on home turf which includes recent wins over Southampton and Liverpool, and they’ve been a hard team to beat in their own backyard this season.

In addition, West Ham have failed to score at home just once all season so far, and with numerous players chipping in with the goals this term, they stand a good chance of claiming all three points here this evening.

Onto visitors Aston Villa and while it may not be pretty, new manager Remi Garde has stemmed the flow of goals at the back and in turn has reduce the number of defeats that his side have suffered since taking over in November.

Villa head into tonight’s clash in the nation’s capital on the back of a three-match unbeaten run which has seen them beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at home along with back-to-back draws against Leicester City and west midlands rivals West Brom.

Aston Villa’s away record still requires a lot of attention though, which stands at  1-3-8  10/24 but they have taken points away at Southampton and Newcastle United as well.

I daresay Remi Garde will once again set his side up in order to walk away with a point here tonight, so I’ll give the quarter-ball on West Ham who may just sneak the points as they possess more attacking options.
