One punter from Dublin certainly enjoyed their weekend as they landed a huge windfall from bookmaker Boylesports on golf betting. The punter bagged themselves over €40,000 from €15 worth of golf bets.
The punter had selected Billy Horschel to win the AT&T Byron Nelson golf tournament and Alvaro Quiros to win The Rocco Forte Open.
That’s a tough call to land winners on golf, but this punter, who has wished to stay anonymous, made some savvy selections here, placing a confident €2.50 each way on both golfers at 125/1 and also a €2.50 each-way double bringing the total stake up to €15.
The single bets netted a combined €760 and the each-way double resulting in a whopping €41,380 – bringing the customer’s total winnings up to €42,140.
