It has been announced that one Bet Victor punter cashed in huge on the Euro 2016 Final. The game was won by Portugal’s Eder in the 109th minute of the match against host nation France. Daman Chick, from Birmingham had made the correct prediction that it would be Eder, a substitute in the game, who would net the opening goal of the final.
The strike not only won Portugal the European crown, but it landed Chick the win in the BetVictor Million Pound Goal competition. Naturally with France expected to go out and win the match, Eder, who plays for French club Lille, wasn’t one of the more popular section to net the Million Pound Goal. For the Euro 2016 Final, Antoine Griezmann lead the way (36.5% of predictions) followed by Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (18%) and Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud (15.8%).
