It is off to the sunny Palm Beach for the PGA Tour this week as the top players in the world head to Florida for the Honda Classic. Rory McIlroy is running at price of 6/1 outright favorite to within the Honda CLassic this week which is a price which probably have a lot of appeal for punters and the Northern Ireland star could have done punters a favour by his fourth round collapse at the Northern Trust Open.

McIlroy took the lead in the leaderboard at the start of the fourth round at the Riviera last week, but could only finish with a share of 20th as he couldn’t keep up his momentum. So that blow to his title hopes last week will have boosted his price this week for punters. The Honda Classic is a tournament which McIlroy has won before let’s not forget and he came so close to a second title there in 2014 when he lost in a play-off.

So McIlroy has form at the course. Rickie Fowler is running a 12/1 second favourite and he, like Phil Mickelson ruined a chance of success at the Riviera last time out as Bubba Watson came through for the title. Mickelson is back in action after missing an 18th-green putt to go to a play off last week after having gone into the final round with a two shot lead and he is a 20/1 price to win this week. Also in the mix is Adam Scott at 18/1 with Hideki Matsuyama and patrick Reed running at the same 20/1 price as Mickelson.
