Reading v Man United Betting Preview
Eyes will be down at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday, wondering if Reading can do the unthinkable and topple the Red Devils. United’s defence has been shaking and wobbling all season and yet they have still managed to get to the top of the Premier League. They did lose their last away match though, while Reading, in their last home match, finally recorded their first win of the season. Can a surprise be sprung?

Reading v Man United Recommended Bet:
So Reading have a terrible record against Manchester United, their only win against the Red Devils coming way back in 1927. The Royals have only QPR beneath them in the league standings but suffered dents in confidence with back to back away defeats over the last week. Reading went down away at Wigan and then against Aston Villa following their breakthrough victory over Everton. But the home form of the Royals has been pretty decent, as they have lost just once at the Madejski this season, drawing four other matches alongside that comeback win over Everton. Still, Reading have been scraping along and picking up points, but can they keep United at bay for 90 minutes? Unlikely as their defence doesn’t look strong enough to hold out for a clean sheet. With the joint fewest clean sheets this season and having allowed their opponents more shots against them than any other team, it could be a long afternoon for the Royals.

Most people will still be looking at a banker here on an away win. United have suffered two defeats on the road this season, and were totally outworked at Carrow Road by Norwich in a shock 1-0 defeat in mid November, the last away game. United this season have blown hot and cold, and they were terribly laborious in a 1-0 home win over West Ham in the week, with a first minute goal from Robin van Persie splitting the two sides. They have been the comeback kings of the Premier League season, rescuing a massive 18 points from losing positions in the Premier League so far. You can pretty much expect a result to come as the Red Devils have drawn just one of their last 22 Premier League away matches, however, an interesting stat is that their last four league away defeats have all been by a 1-0 scoreline. But with immense firepower and having the best conversion rate in the top flight this season, they should find their way to goal, even if they are shocked and have to come from behind.
