This information is based on our personal experiences with the Bet365 cash out feature in January 2017 and represents solely our opinion.
The more control that you can pick up on your betting, the better off you are likely to be at the end of the day. Having control of your selections on a bet has been made all that much easier by the Bet365 Edit Bet feature that they have running. This is a feature which as the name suggests, allows you to make some on-the-fly changes to an active accumulator or a single bet.
So for example if you have an acca running (it can be pre-match or in-play) you have the opportunity to have change up your active bet. You have the ability to swap or add selections, and you can apply this to single bets as well. For an unsettled single bet you have the ability to swap and adds selections as well.
Let’s say for example you had a selection on Chelsea to win 1-0 but the more you think about it, you fancy a 2-0 result going in the favour of the Blues. Then you can go and use the Edit Bet feature whenever the Cash Out feature is available for all unsettled selection within your bet and make your changes. You can swap out your original option or even add to it.
So if you have an accumulator running where you have had selections settled, you will still have the option to go and use the Edit Bet feature. Maybe there is a selection that you want cut or you want to swap one selection for another. This is the power that you have at your fingertips with the Bet365 Edit Bet feature.
When you edit a bet, which can be done on a mobile or tablet device, you have the option to Add a Selection, Swap a Selection or Remove a Selection. Then when you done your tweaking to your wager, just hit save changes and then confirm. When do edit a bet, the current Cash Out value will be used as the new stake and then the prices will be updated to reflect the live odds that are currently running and not the initial prices.
To Edit a bet just go through to the betting slip and hit Edit Bet in the top right hand corner and then you will have full control of your wager. Make sure that after any changes are made that you SAVE and then CONFIRM – you will have 5 seconds to confirm after saving changes.
