The understanding on the left-hand side between Davies and Mane already looks unplayable, while Jamal Musiala cannot stop scoring – three in as many competitive outings this term – as Bayern waste no time flexing their considerable muscles.

Key Stat: No team this Bundesliga season has had more shots on target (18) or scored as many goals (8) after the first two rounds than Bayern Munich.
