Wins either side of the lockdown in the Championship with victories over Sheffield Wednesday 5-0 and a 2-0 win away from home at London rivals, Fulham, will have been the perfect boost for Brentford and manager Thomas Frank as they enter the final straight of the season run-in in the second tier.

Nevertheless, West Brom hold a good record away from home in the Championship which reads an impressive 11-6-2 28/14 and this includes winning three of their last four matches on their travels with wins recorded at Millwall, Reading and Bristol City.
However, the west midlands club can also expect Brentford to be not so accommodating on Friday night, especially at Griffin Park, so West Brom may have to settle for a point here which would at least keep the likes of Brentford and the chasing pack at arms length.
