Football – England – Premier League Betting Tips

Sunday provides us with the last day of the Premier League season and the last opportunity to make some well earned money with my next pick featuring Burnley who have enjoyed a solid campaign under manager, Sean Dyche, whose stock continues to rise with his impressive management of The Clarets.

Burnley currently occupy seventh place in the top flight and they’ll stay in this position regardless of whether they win, draw or lose as they are six points adrift of Arsenal with just one match remaining. The Clarets have had a marvellous season with a limited budget within to operate, and they’ve chalked up some impressive results along the way.

However, the hosts will be desperate to end this campaign on a winning note as they head into this encounter on the back of four matches without a win following defeats to Chelsea and Arsenal, but did gain points in draws with Stoke City and Brighton.

Burnley’s home record stands at  7-5-6  15/15 and as you can see, goals have been at a premium at Turf Moor, along with just two wins from their last nine but they have a good chance of returning to winning ways against Bournemouth here. Sam Vokes is expected to spearhead Burnley’s attack with Barnes ruled out and Wood rated doubtful.

Bournemouth have also enjoyed a solid and ultimately comfortable campaign in the Premier League as they currently occupy 12th place in the top flight, but they’ll need to get a result of some sort at Turf Moor if they’re to stand a chance of replicating last season’s 10th place finish.

Bournemouth ended a run of five matches without a win last weekend when they registered a 1-0 win at home against Swansea City which has virtually condemned Swansea to relegation. Prior to that win over The Swans, Bournemouth suffered three defeats on the trot to Liverpool, Manchester United and Southampton, while their results away from home have been below-par throughout this campaign.

An away record of  3-6-9  17/30 also includes just one win from their last 12 matches on their travels, and this could be their undoing at Burnley on Sunday.
