Tottenham’s impressive four-match winning streak was brought to an abrupt stand-still last time out at Turf Moor when they were beaten 2-1 by The Clarets which saw Tottenham fail to capitalise on the top two clubs, Liverpool and Manchester City drawing and out of action in the League Cup respectively.
Prior to the defeat at Burnley, Tottenham had also won four on the trot on their travels too with victories recorded at Leicester City, Everton, Cardiff City and Fulham but they’re expected to be up against a Chelsea outfit who are wounded following their recent cup defeat, and will be desperate to make amends here.
Tottenham still possess a decent looking away record that stands at 11-0-3 31/15 and perhaps one of the most important aspects within the Tottenham camp is the return from injury of striker Harry Kane who is expected to partner Son up front on Wednesday night.

Chelsea and manager, Sarri, will be desperate for a reaction to the League Cup defeat on the weekend and also keen to show there’s still unity amongst the Chelsea camp in this encounter.
