Hull City fell out of the EFL Championship with a whimper last season. However, Grant McCann’s men have recovered well, spending the majority of the campaign in League One’s top two. The Tigers lead the way with 70 points, although they have played more games than the chasing pack.
Hull have drawn their last two, but the club from the East Riding of Yorkshire are unbeaten in seven. Before back-to-back draws with Shrewsbury Town and Gillingham, City secured successive wins over Wimbledon, Rochdale, Bristol Rovers, Peterborough United and Oxford United, conceding just one goal along the way.
