Saturday afternoon’s hosts, Crystal Palace, will have received a massive boost of confidence after grabbing all three points in last weekend’s 2-1 win away from home at Old Trafford against Manchester United and The Eagles will no doubt be keen to record back-to-back wins when they return to Selhurst Park today.

Visitors to Selhurst Park, Aston Villa, will be going in search of a third win on the trot in all competitions on Saturday afternoon following last weekend’s 2-0 home win against Everton at Villa Park and their midweek League Cup win over League Two outfit, Crewe Alexandra – the latter resulting in an emphatic 6-1 win over The Railwaymen.
