Espanyol Prediction – Can Espanyol break 4-match drought?
A fairly reasonable 1-1 draw at home with Ferencvaros in the opening match in Group H on Matchday 1 of this season’s Europa League was to become part of a recent 4-match run without a win for Thursday night’s visitors, Espanyol.
That draw at home has been followed by defeats to Real Sociedad and Real Valladolid (both at home) and a 1-1 draw away at Celta Vigo in the Spanish La Liga, so it’s fair to say that the visitors will need to work hard to get a result in Moscow on Thursday evening.
