Friday’s visitors, Horsens, are looking in good shape to not only extend their unbeaten run in the Danish top flight to eight matches but also claim one of the Europa League qualifying spots as they sit top of the Relegation Round Group 2 prior to this upcoming clash with down-and-out Esbjerg.
Horsens took a strong sequence of results into this second phase of the Danish domestic top flight campaign having registered three wins on the trot which included victories over Copenhagen, Midtjylland and Brondby, each of which finished in the top four of the Superliga at the end of the regular season.
