With just four points between them and the bottom three, Brighton have to be targeting points from these sort of game. Despite their improvement under Potter, this is as strong and competitive Premier League as there’s been for a long time. This is another in a line of tough away fixtures that has seen them face Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham.
Brighton have show their capability in all of those matches and perhaps feel unfortunate they’ve not taken more points. They have scored in their last six away games, however, and will feel they can cause Everton problems on Saturday.
