Next up is a top half clash in the Championship between Fulham and surprise package, Preston North End, at Craven Cottage with an early spot in the play-off pack at stake for both teams here this afternoon.

Preston manager, Alex Neil, has also turned things around at Deepdale following his sacking from Norwich City, and his side come into this encounter on the back of an impressive eight-match sequence without defeat.
Preston still remain unbeaten at Deepdale, and they’ve suffered just one defeat away from home amidst a record that stands at 2-2-1 5/3 which includes wins at Birmingham City and Hull City. however, both of these wins were recorded against teams that have found life hard in this new campaign, so they’re expected to face a much sterner test at Craven Cottage today.
Just two away wins from their last 16 on the road underlines this, and their last visit to the London club ended up in a 3-1 defeat for Preston.
