Football – England – National League Betting Tips

Fylde come into this Tuesday night clash with Chester in the National League looking to record a fourth straight win on the trot following earlier wins over Maidenhead United, Tranmere Rovers and Bromley.

This recent three-match winning streak has helped lift the home side up into the top half of the non-league top flight, while their home record stands at a fairly reasonable  4-5-2  19/15 which includes a run of five matches without defeat at their Mill Farm ground, which is an improvement upon their early season form on home turf.

Fylde had registered just one win from their first six at home this season with just a 1-0 win over lowly Barrow to show for their efforts. Striker Rowe (13 goals) is the main threat up front for the hosts.

Chester have produced mixed results in recent weeks in the National League as they’d suffered back-to-back defeats to Halifax Town and Guiseley, but have bounced back with a point away at Guiseley and an important win at Ebbsfleet United.

However, Chester still reside in the relegation zone of the National League, but they’ll make their way to Fylde in a more confident frame of mind having lost just once in their last six matches on the road, which was a 4-0 loss at Halifax Town.

An away record of  2-7-5  13/23 doesn’t fill you with much confidence on paper, but they’ve definitely tightened up since the start of the season which saw them win just once in their first eight away matches of the term.
