The other match in Group F on match day 5 of the Champions League features an encounter between German club Hoffenheim and Ukrainian outfit, Shakhtar Donetsk as the betting tips continue at the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar-Arena.
Just one point separates third placed Hoffenheim and their visitors ahead of this important clash but with Manchester City also playing second placed Lyon on Tuesday night, the door may just open for Hoffenheim to sneak a top two finish in the group.

Although they lost 2-1 at home to Manchester City, they come into this vital clash having registered back-to-back home wins over Stuttgart and Augsburg in the German Bundesliga, so confidence should be reasonably high. Manager Julian Nagelsmann has various attacking options open to him with the likes of Nelson (6 goals), Kramaric, Joelinton and Szalai (4 goals each) vying for starts.
Shakhtar Donetsk sit bottom of Group F with just two points thanks to draws against Hoffenheim and Lyon, but they head into match day 5 having suffered recent back-to-back defeats to Manchester City home and away, losing 3-0 and 6-0 respectively.
The visitors could be forgiven for being shell-shocked after conceding 9 goals in their last two matches in the group, and a trip to Hoffenheim certainly looks a lot tougher now than a few matches ago.
In addition, Shakhtar have managed just one win from their last 10 away matches in the Champions League which was a 2-1 win at Feyenoord last season, but the visitors have also failed to score in 7 of these last 9 too.
The betting tips suggest a home win but perhaps a bit more caution with the handicap here in view of Hoffenheim’s recent spate of draws.
