Huesca Prediction
Huesca still remain bottom of La Liga and are six points adrift of Celta Vigo and safety, but the recent wins against Real Valladolid 4-0 at home and a 2-0 win away at Girona have lifted the hosts’ spirits and they’ll head into Monday night’s clash with Athletic Bilbao in a positive frame of mind.
Huesca have managed just four league wins all season though, and it’s still going to be an uphill struggle if they’re to achieve the miracle of La Liga survival, especially with a home record that stands at an ordinary looking 2-4-5 12/15.
However, although they sit bottom of the table, Huesca have produced some encouraging displays in recent weeks at their Estadio El Alcoraz as they’ve picked up home wins against Real Betis and the aforementioned Real Valladolid respectively.
Forwards Avila (4 goals) along with Hernandez and Gallar (3 goals apiece) look the most likely for the hosts here.

Athletic Bilbao once again find themselves in familiar territory as they sit in 14th place in La Liga, occupying a bottom half position but keeping themselves at arms length of any immediate relegation danger as they prepare for their trip to bottom club, Huesca on Monday night.
The visitors have been on a more even keel than their hosts, Huesca, as Athletic Bilbao have suffered just one defeat from their last nine matches overall in La Liga, with that defeat being a 2-1 defeat away at Real Sociedad.
Nevertheless, Gaizka Garitano’s side have made themselves a hard unit to beat, although their results away from home have been less convincing than their results at their San Mamés Barria, as the visitors have picked up just one away win all season.
An away record of 1-6-4 11/16 isn’t the best as the draw has featured prominently. Interestingly, five of their six stalemates have been score-draws with scoring stalemates against Real Betis, Barcelona, Eibar, Rayo Vallecano and Villarreal, and with 6 of Huesca’s 11 home matches resulting in both teams scoring, this could be the best option in a game that seemingly has no clear and convincing winner.
