Hull City Preview – Can Hull move away from bottom three?

The win at Stoke has helped lift Middlesbrough up into the relative comfort of 19th place (such was their predicament beforehand under Jonathan Woodgate), but with just a two-point buffer ahead of third from bottom club, Huddersfield Town, there’s still a lot of work ahead for the visitors.
Nevertheless, Middlesbrough have won their last two away matches on the trot with a previous 1-0 win at Charlton Athletic over his old buddy, Lee Bowyer, being Woodgate’s final contribution for Boro, and although an overall away record of 4-6-9 21/28 still requires work, the recent wins on the road will give them confidence here.
