Iceland Preview – Can Iceland get jump on their visitors?
Iceland sit in 5th place in Group J but level on points with their upcoming opponents, Romania, prior to this World Cup qualifier at the Laugardalsvöllur ground having lost two of their opening three games in the group.
Iceland were handed back-to-back defeats against Germany and Armenia in 3-0 and 2-0 losses respectively which were also both away from home but they struck lucky a third time on the road when they recorded a 4-1 win at Liechtenstein last time out.
