Lazio bring a four-match unbeaten run into Wednesday night’s encounter with Cagliari in the Italian Serie A when the two teams clash at the Stadio Olimpico as the hosts look to break into the Europa League spots.
Recent wins over Empoli and Udinese along with draws against Bologna and Torino have set them up nicely for the visit of Cagliari who sit in a mid-table position. However, away from home has been a different story as they’ve lost three of their opening four away trips amidst an overall record that stands at a below-par 1-0-3 4/10 with only bottom club Crotone (11 goals) conceding more goals than them on the road in the division to date.
