Leicester City recently parted ways with their former manager, Claude Puel following some ordinary results despite recording impressive wins against Chelsea and Manchester City over the Christmas period.
However, under Puel, The Foxes were unable to maintain this momentum and they subsequently earned just one further win from their next eight matches which was a 2-1 home win over Brighton with caretaker-manager Mike Stowell in charge of Leicester for that victory.
New boss, Brendan Rodgers is the next man to fill the King Power Stadium ‘hot-seat’ and he started life as Foxes coach with a disappointing 2-1 defeat away at Watford, but with home advantage here against a poor travelling Fulham side, Rodgers won’t get a better chance to get off the mark with a win than here today.
The recent win over Brighton ended a miserable run of four home defeats on the trot which saw Leicester slump to losses against Cardiff City, Southampton, Manchester United and Crystal Palace, while Leicester’s overall home record now stands at 5-2-7 16/18.
Midfielder Maddison (5 goals) and forward Vardy (10 goals) will no doubt be eager to cash in against the flimsy Fulham defensive unit here.

Onto Fulham, and the recent 2-0 defeat away at Southampton was just too much to take for the Fulham board and was the final straw which ended former manager Claudio Ranieri’s reign at Craven Cottage with former player, Scott Parker, taking over the reigns.
Parker’s first match in charge ended in a 2-1 loss at home to Chelsea last weekend which extended Fulham’s losing streak to five matches on the trot following previous losses to Crystal Palace, Manchester United, West Ham, Southampton and of course, Chelsea.
Fulham have also lost their last five away matches on the trot too, amidst an overall poor away record of 0-2-13 9/37 which has seen the visitors suffer from a double-edged sword of struggling to score goals on the road as well as conceding goals at a rapid rate.
The visitors have failed to score in 8 of their 15 away matches to date, while The Cottagers have conceded the highest number of goals away from home in the Premier League, along with conceding 2 goals or more in 13 of their 15 away matches also.
