Sunday’s visitors, Aston Villa, have certainly picked up where they left off at the end of last term as the west midlands club have won all three of their matches to date in this season’s Premier League to hand Dean Smith’s side an impressive 100% winning record so far.
Victories over Sheffield United and Fulham (who both sit in the bottom two of the Premier League) along with a an extraordinary 7-2 win against the title-holders, Liverpool, have given Aston Villa the perfect start to this new season although they did have a rather large slice of luck against Liverpool.
Five of Villa’s seven goals consisted of massive deflections, a goalkeeping error and an obvious offside, and it’ll be interesting to see how they fare against a focused Leicester City side who’ll be itching to return to winning ways this Sunday.
