Augsburg – Edging towards trouble after one win in seven?

For a third time this Bundesliga season, Augsburg approach a fixture having not won any of their previous four (D3 L1). This after a spirited performance on Matchday 19 saw them frustrate a Frankfurt team in contention for European football next term, holding Die Adler to a 1-1 draw. It continued their outstanding form at the WWK Arena, which remains in sharp contrast to that of when they are asked to travel.

Only three teams have accrued less away points at this stage than Augsburg, who are now only a point clear of the relegation places.
