Championship outfit Sheffield Wednesday crashed to a 3-0 defeat away at Hull City on the weekend which ended The Owls’ promising unbeaten run of four league matches without defeat, but they’ll fancy their chances of making some welcome additional funds with a cup win at League One outfit, Luton Town on Tuesday night.
Following former manager Jos Luhukay’s departure, new coach Steve Agnew has made an instant impact at Hillsborough as Wednesday have started to climb away from the relegation zone in recent weeks.
Recent wins over Preston North End and Middlesbrough should give Sheffield Wednesday the belief of progressing through to the 4th round of the FA Cup, and having seen both teams score in 9 of their 14 away matches to date, the visitors should also notch this evening.
