Staying with Group 3 in League D and Malta take on group leaders Kosovo as the betting tips continue with this group evenly poised ahead of this week’s fixtures.
Malta sit bottom of the group with just two points under their belts which were thanks to 1-1 draws home and away against Azerbaijan. Kosovo have emerged as the surprise package in Group 3 as they sit top of the four-nation pack having already gained 8 points and still remain unbeaten after four matches in their UEFA Nations League campaign.
Home wins over Faroe Islands 2-0 and Malta 3-1 along with points against Azerbaijan and Faroe Islands both away from home have lifted Kosovo to the top of the pack and a win in Malta this evening woulds seal promotion up to League C.
After a four-match losing streak away from home, Kosovo seem to have tightened up a little as they come into this clash with a three match unbeaten sequence which includes a 3-0 win at Albania along with the aforementioned draws at Azerbaijan and Faroe Islands.
Malta are considered one of the weakest teams on the international stage, so my betting tips advise an away win here for Kosovo.
