Monday night wraps up this weekend’s action in the Premier League, and hosts, Manchester City, will return to their Etihad Stadium where they’ll take on Everton in their first home match of the new season.

Everton finished in seventh place at the end of last season, and had it not been for a fairly average looking away record of 4-6-9 20/28, they might even have made a more serious challenge for a top five place.
Everton have gone eight matches without a win on their travels in the top flight, but have lost by a margin of over 2 goals just twice during this sequence. Indeed, The Toffees lost by more than 2 goals on just three occasions throughout last season, and they drew 1-1 with City in their last visit to the Etihad back in October.
Rooney and Ramirez are expected to feature up front tonight for the visitors, but Koeman may prefer bolstering the midfield instead and playing just one up front.
