Home draws against against Crystal Place and Tottenham are not terrible results but having taken the lead in both matches Daniel Farke would have been frustrated at not taking more from them. Even winning one of those matches would have been an improvement on their current position.

The bad news does not stop only at the results at the moment for Norwich. Their top scorer, Teemu Pukki, is likely to miss this game because of injury. The Finnish internationalist has nine of Norwich’s 22 league goals this season which indicates how important he is to them.

Adam Idah made his Premier League debut against Palace because of that injury and he could be set for his first start on Saturday. Idah scored his first senior goals when netting a hat-trick in his team’s win against Preston North End in the FA Cup last weekend.
