The other match in Group H is a dead rubber but nevertheless, the clash between Marseille and Apollon on match day 6 provides us with another betting opportunity as the betting tips continue in the Europa League.

It’s been a disappointing campaign for Marseille who sit bottom of the group having earned just one point from a possible 15 on offer, and this was thanks to a 2-2 draw away at tonight’s opponents, Apollon, at the Tsirion Athlítiko Kentro in Cyprus.
Marseille started with a 2-1 loss at home to Eintracht Frankfurt and things steadily got worse for the French club after their point at Apollon as they slumped to three straight defeats to Lazio home and away as well as a heavy 4-0 loss away at Eintracht Frankfurt.
But hope springs eternal, and the hosts will be keen to end their Europa League campaign on a positive note as they look to bring some positive momentum into their domestic campaign which sees the hosts in 5th place in Ligue 1 and just two points adrift of the Europa League spot.
Forward Thauvin (11 goals) along with midfielder Payet (4 goals) are the danger men for the hosts.
Apollon Prediction
Apollon sit in third place in Group H and hold a three point lead over Marseille ahead of this final match day 6 fixture, and although they’ve fared better than their French opponents overall during this group stage, their results away from home have been poor.
Apollon have recorded just one win so far which was a 2-0 home win over Lazio while a point at home in a 2-2 draw with Marseille means that the four points they’ve accumulated to date were recorded in Limassol.
The visitors’ record on the road in the Europa League is a particularly bad one as they’ve collected just one win from their last 11 outings, and they come into this encounter having lost their last four on the trot on the road.
7 of these last 11 away ties have seen both teams score and with midfielder Peyrera (10 goals) and forward Zelaya (3 goals), they can still pose a threat in France on Thursday night.
