The Lions have been in fine fettle of late, while Rovers have taken just one point from the last 21 on offer. Millwall, who are the bookies’ favourites, will be targeting all three points from this home fixture. We have the latest odds and top tips.

Millwall Preview – Lions to make it back-to-back home wins?

Gary Rowett’s Millwall were disappointing in the first half of the season, but the Lions have made themselves hard to beat over the last couple of months or so. The London side have suffered just one league defeat in 11, winning five and drawing five of the other ten.

Millwall edged past Preston North End at The Den in midweek. Despite going a goal down early on, efforts from Scott Malone and Mason Bennett turned the game on its head to give the Lions a precious three points. After two draws and a defeat from their previous three, the victory over North End was a very welcome one for Rowett and his men.

Millwall have finally put things right at home. Before a 4-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday on 6th February, the London outfit had picked up just one home league win all season. Millwall have won three and drawn one of their last four at The Den.

Blackburn Rovers Preview – Blue and Whites to lose again?

Tony Mowbray’s Blackburn Rovers were in the mix for promotion not so long ago, but they have dropped down the table at an alarming rate of knots after a woeful run of results. Rovers have slipped into the bottom half of the table.

After back-to-back wins over Middlesbrough and Luton Town at the end of January, Blackburn were in eighth spot, just three points off the play-offs. Since then, however, things have gone from bad to worse for Rovers, as the Lancashire club have lost six and drawn one of seven.

Blackburn have lost four in a row on their travels, scoring just one goal in the process. Can Mowbray’s men avoid a fifth away loss on the bounce this Saturday?

Millwall vs Blackburn Rovers Betting Advice

At Ewood Park back in early December, Blackburn edged a tight game against Millwall. Harvey Elliott opened the scoring, with Scott Malone levelling for the Lions ten minutes later. The prolific Adam Armstrong had the last laugh, netting the winner in injury time.

Key Facts – Millwall vs Blackburn Rovers Betting Tip

  • Millwall have lost just one of their previous 11 in the league
  • Blackburn have drawn one and lost six of their last seven
  • The Lions have taken ten points from a possible 12 at home over the last month

With Millwall in good form, while Rovers cannot buy a win for love nor money at present, we can see the Lions piling more misery on the Blue and Whites this weekend. Rowett’s boys have looked strong at The Den in recent weeks, and we like the look of Millwall to win -1 at 4/1.

Blackburn have struggled to find the net on the road in recent games, scoring just one in their previous four away from Ewood Park. You can get the solid odds of 3/1 for Millwall to win to nil on Saturday afternoon.
