Nottingham Forest Preview – Can Forest win three on trot?
Nottingham Forest will be keen to grab a third league win on the trot in the Championship on Tuesday night when they welcome strugglers, Barnsley, to the City Ground as the hosts look to close the gap on the play-off pack.
Recent back-to-back defeats against Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town slowed down Steve Cooper’s side but wins against Millwall and bitter rivals Derby County has helped lift Forest up into 8th place and just four points behind the top six.
Having suffered just the two losses in their last 13 matches overall in the English second tier, a run that also includes six wins and just one defeat at home in their last seven games, Forest look set to add to their points tally this evening.
