It’s been a really disappointing run of form for Perth in recent weeks which has seen Glory fall down the A-League standings. Two defeats and two draws in their last four matches now mean they sit in fifth spot and 17 points behind leaders Sydney. The win in Adelaide was vital as well due to the fact it meant they leapfrogged that rival into sixth spot.

Those 11 goals scored over the last two games are just under a third of Western United’s total goals for the season and the hope will be they can continue that sort of form into the next few games.
