RB Leipzig Preview – Can Leipzig continue fairytale?
The surprise package in last season’s Champions League were Dutch outfit, Ajax, as they reached the semi-finals of the competition while this season it’s undoubtedly been the German side, RB Leipzig, who’ll be looking to emulate their Dutch counterparts and progress through to the final of the Champions League for the first time in their footballing history.
Leipzig continued to fly under the radar in the Champions League despite winning Group G which comprised of Lyon, Benfica and Zenit in what was a tough group, and then continued on their merry way through the knockout stages by seeing off Tottenham 4-0 on aggregate before announcing their presence on the European stage by beating Atletico Madrid 2-1 in the quarter-finals.
However, it needed a large slice of luck to overcome the Spanish club as Tyler Adams’s shot appeared to be going wide but took a cruel deflection off a defender and past the helpless Oblak in goal to secure Leipzig’s place in the semi-finals.

PSG Preview – Can PSG make sure this time?
The French champions, PSG, will be keen to erase last season’s disappointment in the Champions League as they bowed out of the competition after seemingly having one foot in the round of last 16 after a 2-0 win at Old Trafford against Manchester United.
However, the return leg in Paris ended in a humiliating 3-1 defeat which meant that United progressed on the away-goal rule, but this season, PSG look like they mean business under manager, Thomas Tuchel, as the French side have boosted their trophy cabinet by achieving a clean sweep in a domestic quadruple.
PSG topped Group A ahead of runners-up, Real Madrid, and then progressed through the last 32 by beating Tuchel’s former club, Borussia Dortmund, which was followed by the quarter-final 2-1 win over Atalanta, thanks to a couple of dubious-looking goals which VAR seemed to ignore!
PSG have lost just 1 of their last eight Champions League ties away from home, but importantly, Tuchel has midfielder Di Maria back from suspension and forward Mbappe has returned to full fitness and looks likely to start.
