Spain Preview – Can Spain get off to winning start?
A resounding 4-0 home win over minnows, Lithuania, saw Spain complete their Euro 2020 warm-up in positive fashion having previously been held to a 0-0 draw at home with Portugal while overall results have been pretty consistent for Luis Enrique’s side.
Spain have suffered just the one defeat out of their last 24 matches in all competitions and have collected a total of 15 wins during this period with notable wins against Ukraine 4-0, Switzerland 1-0 and most impressive of all, a 6-0 rout of Germany 6-0 in the Nations League last November.

Sweden Preview – Can Sweden extend winning streak?
Sweden will bring a five-match winning streak in all competitions into their Group E opener against Spain having recorded wins against Georgia and Kosovo in 1-0 and 3-0 victories in the World Cup qualifier along with international friendly wins over Estonia, Finland and Armenia, so the visitors will be in reasonably confident mood.
However, results away from home have been fairly disappointing for the Swedes as they’ve lost four of their last five games on the road with losses incurred at Croatia, Portugal, Denmark and France with the visitors conceding a total of 11 goals within this sequence which could spell trouble in Sevilla.
The bigger picture shows that Sweden have won just seven of their last 19 matches away from home in all competitions and they look set to come off second-best here on Monday night as well.
