Strasbourg Preview – Can Strasbourg maintain solid home form this term?
Despite being handed a heavy 3-1 defeat on the opening day of the French Ligue 1 season last weekend, Saturday’s hosts, Strasbourg, will now return to their Stade de la Meinau in reasonably confident mood that they can bounce back with immediate effect when they play host to Nice as they look to continue their solid work on home turf.

The bigger picture of Nice’s results away from home shows that the visitors have picked up just one win out of their previous 11 matches on their travels, losing six of these but they’ve drawn four of their last five on the road, so the draw should be kept onside here.
