Tottenham Preview – Can Spurs win three on trot?
Tottenham will head into this all-London clash against Crystal Palace on the back of two league wins on the trot and they need to keep winning if they’re to make a serious challenge for a European spot at the end of the season.
Recent victories over Burnley and Fulham have been welcome wins for this Spurs outfit who find themselves in 8th place and four points adrift of 5th placed Everton but another three points here would keep the pressure on the teams above them and they’ll be in confident mood here.
Form at home has declined a little in recent times as Spurs have suffered defeats against Liverpool and Chelsea but they hold a good record against Palace, winning their last five meetings at home against their visitors.

Inconsistent and mixed results have meant that Crystal Palace currently reside in the bottom half of the Premier League table in 13th place but The Eagles do bring a three-match unbeaten run into this all-London affair against Tottenham.
A 2-1 win away from home at rivals, Brighton, have been followed by back-to-back draws with Fulham and Manchester United, both of which ended in 0-0 stalemates and both on home turf at Selhurst Park.
Results away from home though have been fairly average for Roy Hodgson’s side as they’ve managed to win just two out of their last seven matches on their travels at strugglers, Newcastle United and Brighton, but also includes three defeats and they may well find Tottenham too hot to handle here.
