Ukraine Preview – Can Ukraine bounce back?
Although Ukraine lost their opening match in Group C 3-2 against the Netherlands, they put in a good performance and pushed the Dutch all the way in what was a highly entertaining match and Ukraine can certainly take some positives from that opening game in the group stage.
North Macedonia are Ukraine’s next opponents and as Ukraine had previously put together a six-match unbeaten run which included wins against Northern Ireland and Cyprus (albeit in international friendlies), they’ll still be in confident mood.
