West Ham Prediction – Can West Ham avoid third defeat on trot?
The hosts will be looking to bounce back with a win over newcomers Sheffield United after recent back-to-back defeats after the international break to Crystal Palace and Everton, as West Ham look to re-ignite the kind of form they were showing before the European qualifiers.
Before the break, West Ham had put together a promising 6-match sequence without defeat in the Premier League which had lifted The Hammers to within touching distance of the top six, but the two recent defeats have resulted in West Ham dropping down to a mid-table position of 11th place.

Sheffield United Prediction – Can Sheffield Utd remain unbeaten on road?
Sheffield United secured a valuable 3 points on Monday night when they registered a 1-0 home win over Arsenal at Bramall Lane which would have been a very welcome win for Blades manager, Chris Wilder, and his staff as Sheffiled United gained their second home win of the new campaign.
The Blades had previously lost their last 3 home matches on the trot having fallen to defeats to Leicester City, Southampton and Liverpool, so to beat 5th placed Arsenal will serve as a massive confidence booster ahead of their trip to London to face West Ham.
Not that the visitors will be particularly fazed about having to go on the road as Sheffield United have put together a 4-match unbeaten run on their travels which includes points in draws at Bournemouth 1-1, Chelsea 2-2 and Watford 0-0, together with a 2-0 win at Everton.
This solid form away from home will also give Sheffield United plenty of confidence that they can get a result of some sort against West Ham, but a score-draw appears to be the most likely outcome here – perhaps a 1-1 stalemate.
