7th placed Groningen will make their way to Willem II on the back of a 1-0 loss at home to Heracles and a 2-2 draw away from home at Utrecht as the visitors look to return to winning ways at the expense of their out of form hosts, Willem II.
Groningen had previously put together an impressive four-match winning streak which included wins against Willem II, AZ, Waalwijk and Sparta Rotterdam, while also possessing a reasonable looking away record which reads 4-1-2 12/11.
Losses at Twente and Feyenoord on the road have been against top six teams and are no disgrace but having also picked up wins at Den Haag, Fortuna Sittard, AZ and Sparta Rotterdam, Groningen look a decent prospect on the road here.
