Football – England – National League Betting Tips

Wrexham will be wanting to get their automatic promotion bid back on track on Saturday afternoon when they take on Maidenhead United at the Racecourse Ground, following defeat last time out away at Aldershot Town.

Wrexham suffered a 2-0 loss at Aldershot, but The Dragons had previously strung together three league wins on the trot in the National League having gained victories over Chester, Ebbsfleet United and Solihull Moors, and they also possess a strong looking home record which stands at  6-4-1 13/6.

After a 1-0 loss at home to Macclesfield Town, Wrexham have since embarked upon a 10 match unbeaten run on home turf, but they’ve drawn three of their four to date against teams situated in the bottom half of the division.

Visitors Maidenhead United stand a good chance of getting something from their visit to Wales on Saturday after having suffered just one defeat from their last eight matches overall in the non-league top flight, which was a 3-0 loss at home to Gateshead.

During this eight match sequence, Maidenhead have drawn six and registered a 3-2 win away at Bromley, while their overall away record stands at  3-5-3  17/18, along with being unbeaten in their last four on the road.

In addition, two of Maidenhead’s three wins on their travels to date have been at top half opposition, with wins at second placed Sutton United and 8th placed Bromley, so Saturday afternoon’s trip to Wrexham shouldn’t faze them too much.

Midfielder Clifton (7 goals) is Maidenhead’s leading goalscorer.
