David Skelton’s mare ROKSANA should come strongly in this race on Saturday. She was last seen in action at Cheltenham Festival in March. That was in the Mares’ Hurdle in which she took a fourth place finish.

Wholestone has won three of his last four seasonal reappearance runs, so has a strong track record refreshed.

While DECOR IRLANDAIS does look as if he needs to continue his progress, if he delivers more in this one then he could be in the frame. Last season he won three of his seven appearances.
He took another good step forward this season. On his second run back in action he easily won a handicap to Killarney. That was just over a couple of months ago, back in August.

Copperhead happier back over the hurdles?
Stepping into the RSA at this year’s Cheltenham Festival, Copperhead did not get the result that he wanted. He had gone to Prestbury Park in some hot form, seeking a four-timer for the season.

NEXT DESTINATION has a decnet track record over the hurdles behind him. He went at Cheltenham 2018 last time out, competition in the Ballymore and he battled to a third place finish there. But this is a super long absence he is dealing with.
THE DUTCHMAN is another that is coming back for the first time following almost two years away. Like Next Destination he was doing well as a novice chaser. But he failed to even complete his final two runs of 2018.
