Paisley Park 9/4 FAV in Long Distance Hurdle Racing Odds

Even though he was defeated on his latest effort by the Indefatigable, it is PAISLEY PARK who is the 9/4 favourite in Long Distance Hurdle betting* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

Those two rivals went at it at Wetherby a month ago in the West Yorkshire Hurdle. Paisley Park was a very credible third.

Paisley Park was on his reappearance run for that one, and it could turn out to be that he needed that run under his belt.

He has a good chance of turning the tables on Indefatigable as that rival is considerably worse off in the weights for this scrap.

Paisley Park is a proven smart hurdler, and while he didn’t get really into his top form last season, brings a very strong and credible threat to the table in this one.

Indefatigable
7/2

Coral

Can Indefatigable do it again?

So that is the West Yorkshire Hurdle under her belt this season for INDEFATIGABLE which was done on her reappearance run.

That was a very smart piece of form although this has been made harder for her.

Indefatigable is 6lb worse off in the weights now so is going to have to produce a run from the top-drawer. But she is capable.

That win in the West Yorkshire Hurdle saw her finish more than five lengths ahead of the third-placed Paisley Park.

So there is room and scope to work with. Indefatigable comes in as a 7/2 contender * (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

That was a classy run with a fitness edge and Indefatigable is more likely than not, going to put together another very bold effort and can’t be dismissed lightly.

Will Mrs Milner get there?

MRS MILNER is a very interesting entry into this field as she is bidding to complete a hattrick. So she could feature.

In March she delivered a commanding victory at Cheltenham in the Pertemps Final, just destroying the field in that one.

On her reappearance, she came back and rattled off a Listed score at Limerick 47 days ago.

She has looked good so far and has plenty to offer.

This is a much tougher race for her though, obviously.

There’s some classy one that she opposes, but Mrs Milner at 3/1 comes in highly respected to be able to handle herself* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

Lisnagar Oscar no forlorn hope

The return to this 3m trip is probably going to do LISNAGAR OSCAR some favours for Friday’s efforts.

He was third at Aintree on his return to action from a break three weeks ago.

He fought well and is entitled to come on for it.

Lisnagar Oscar did fail to land a victory in the previous campaign. But the former Stayers’ winner at Cheltenham may still have something up his sleeve.

Lisnagar Oscar goes as a 6/1 contender in horse racing betting* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

Thomas Darby looks for a revival

Another one that took part in the West Yorkshire Hurdle at Wetherby recently was THOMAS DARBY who finished fourth.

So that’s a couple of these rivals that he had in front of him on the day there.

Thomas Darby is tried with the tongue-tie for the first time.

He has always been a decent hurdler, but you are never guaranteed to get his very best on the day and isn’t always up for the fight.

It will likely take some doing for him to turn the tables on both Indefatigable and Paisley Park on Friday.

Thomas Darby is an 8/1 outsider* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

On The Blind Side capable of a big run

Even though ON THE BLIND side is the 12/1 outsider for horse racing betting, he’s not a total forlorn hope* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

He has churned out some good performances over the hurdles in his time.

This is his first run for seven months and that may not be a big factor.

Last season he delivered a win on his reappearance run, so he could put something together on the day.

On The Blind Side did see his form fall away last season and others clearly have more appeal.

Predictions & Tips for Long Distance Hurdle Racing Odds

Well, we have to really boil this down to a battle between PAISLEY PARK and INDEFATIGABLE.

Paisley Park should be right there having had the reappearance run under his belt and considering that his rival from the West Yorkshire Hurdle is worse off in the weights for this one.

But Indefatigable took that Wetherby score in an impressive manner.

She had plenty in hand over Paisley Park on the day.

The shift in the weights may be something surmountable and therefore it is Indefatigable who gets the nod at 7/2* (odds recorded at 21:34 GMT on November 25th, 2021 at Coral).

Along with those two, LISNAGAR OSCAR could be the other one for the shortlist.

This is his kind of trip and there were encouraging signs from him at Aintree last time out.
