Grinling 5/2 FAV in Windsor Racing Odds

GRINLING is looking a strong favourite at the head of the market for Race 7 on Monday from Windsor. He is at 5/2 to score a success which would make it back to back wins for him.

He scored a handicap debut last time out at Windsor on a 1m 2f trip so does have a little more to find over the distance. It was a good, gritty performance to stay on and a battle out for the success.

But considering what the second and third place finishers in that handicap have done since, both putting in very strong performances, it makes that Grinling effort even better.

He will have to take on an extra 6lb for that recent success, but it’s likely the extra tip will balance that out.

C’EST NO MOUR
13/2

Ladbrokes

Golden Wolf likely to challenge

GOLDEN WOLF produced an easy win last time out as he easily bagged a Newmarket handicap from a field of 12. That was over a month ago and he came back 4lb for that success.

But it was a stroll in the park for him on that last effort and it was the culmination of some solid form since having returned to action.

Not to be dismissed at all from 4/1 as Golden Wolf should come back even stronger* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 20:55 GMT on Sunday, 26th July 2020).

Queen Of The Sea A Big Contender

QUEEN OF THE SEA has been knocking on the door of a win. The unexposed filly has only had the three racetrack appearances, taking a third-place finish in each of those.

Her last effort saw her take a third from a field of eight at Salisbury just over a couple of weeks ago.

She has Oisin Murphy booked for this one, and while on evidence she does look as if she needs to find a little more, she is coming up in a trip which she should relish and that makes her a threat.

Buriram steps it up

There was a nice return to form from BURIRAM last time out as he managed a place finish on his last run. That was in a field of nine in a course and distance handicap a month ago.

Considering that he is staying off the same mark as that, and has Silvestre De Sousa, last year’s winning jockey in the saddle, Buriram is to be noted from 7/1* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 20:55 GMT on Sunday, 26th July 2020).

C’Est No Mour looks for back to back wins

On his first run out for his new yard, C’EST NO MOUR scored a nice win. That was in a field of 10 at Salisbury over a 12f trip a couple of weeks ago.

On top of that he has scored at course and distance before and is a solid performer. C’Est No Mour is usually there or thereabouts and has to be respected in this kind of company.

He will be with a hood as he challenges from 13/2* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 20:55 GMT on Sunday, 26th July 2020).

Rest Of the Runners

LORD HALIFAX hasn’t been up to his best since returning to action and will get the cheek pieces for the first time. But despite not having gotten near a win, he has been shaping well in races. He finished 9th of 17 in a Doncaster handicap three weeks ago.

HTILOMINLO was 6th of 10 at Salisbury on a 14f trip a couple of weeks ago. He is still looking for his first score and he may probably need two or three to falter badly to get it here.

BOMBERO returned to action with a win at course and distance in June. But then he got just about everything wrong three weeks ago when he took on a 14f trip at Haydock and was 10th of 14.

GREY D’ARTS is coming back up on trip as he looks for a return to form. He has just been struggling recently to find his best and will likely be found wanting in this one.

BURANO BOY is a lightly raced colt who has just to break his maiden. However, he showed very well on his handicap debut 12 days ago at Yarmouth but is coming up in trip and this is a tough field.

TEMUR KHAN hasn’t looked anywhere near a success for a long time. He won a couple of times last year but has been falling down the weights and just does not look like a contender.

Predictions & Tips for Windsor Racing Odds

We are going to have to stick with the current race favourite GRINLING to come up with a score in this one from 5/2* (betting odds taken from Ladbrokes at 20:55 GMT on Sunday, 26th July 2020).

In battling to get that handicap debut win at Windsor, he beat some subsequently hot opposition in that one. So that has to bring a lot of merit for his claims to get another score here.

QUEEN OF THE SEA is fascinating with Oisin Murphy in the saddle as she’s an exciting youngster and this extra tip may just see her come into the limelight.

The other that we have to take a look at is former course and distance winner C’EST NO MOUR who just put a recent handicap win on the board at Salisbury.
